At Artspace Wonthaggi, we believe that art is a way to inspire, connect, and transform our community.
 
Our mission is to showcase contemporary art exhibitions that reflect the talents and voices of local artists while providing a vibrant, inclusive platform for artistic expression and engagement.
 
Since our establishment, Artspace Wonthaggi has become a dynamic hub for art enthusiasts and visitors alike.
We host a variety of community art events, from engaging exhibitions and regular artist talks that celebrate the diversity and creativity of our region.

During the latter half of 2016 ArtSpace (a NFP Inc association) formed an alliance (ABIA)with the Wonthaggi Business and Tourist Association (WBTA) and the Visitor Information Centre Volunteers.
All three groups now work together at The Centennial Centre, 1 Bent Street Wonthaggi.
(we are located opposite Aldi on main drive into in town).

Our dedicated volunteer team is passionate about supporting local artists and fostering an inclusive space for the community. We pride ourselves on creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to explore, experience, and share art in all its forms.

Our giftshop uplifts and inspires visitors, and is stocked with beautiful original handcrafted pieces, from textiles and ceramics, jewellery and glassware, woodwork and original prints all created by local Gippsland artisans.
